During this course we want to demonstrate how easy it is to prepare simple and nutritious meals from a selection of vegetables and herbs which are in season. The day will consist of practical workshops on cultivation methods and growing advice ranging from seed sowing to harvesting. All the course participants will be involved in preparing the harvested garden produce in the kitchen where we will create a variety of vegetarian dishes. The aim of this course is to show that healthy nutritious and delicious meals can be prepared easily on a low budget. And of course we will taste and enjoy everything we made!
