Come along to pick up some gardening skills while touching base with yourself and your surroundings. The Hollies is the perfect place to practise ‘time out’ from daily stress and the demands of your busy life.
We will be doing some basic mindfulness techniques such as earth exploration walks and deep nature observation. This day is all about nourishing yourself and your soul. You will learn about seed sowing, planting a variety of vegetables and looking after the soil and plants. We will pick ingredients and cook the food for lunch together.
